Miles the Medicare Mentor | Agent Academy

1. Overview

Miles the Medicare Mentor | Agent Academy (“Miles Academy”) provides educational materials, downloadable training guides, and private mentorship for insurance professionals.

By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Educational Purpose

All materials are intended for professional education and training purposes only.

Miles Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Medicare, or any federal government agency.

Our educational materials do not replace official CMS guidance, carrier-specific training, licensing requirements, or legal advice.

Customers are responsible for maintaining applicable licenses, certifications, appointments, and regulatory compliance.

3. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Purchases grant the original buyer a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for individual educational purposes.

Customers may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for commercial distribution, or share purchased materials without written permission.

4. Refund Policy

All digital product purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a purchased file is defective or inaccessible, customers should contact Miles Academy for assistance.

5. Private Mentorship

Private mentorship sessions are 30 minutes and cost $150 unless otherwise stated.

Sessions are intended for insurance agent education and professional development, not individual Medicare beneficiary consultations.

Customers may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments are nonrefundable, except where required by law.

If Miles Academy must cancel a session, the customer may choose a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

6. Accuracy and Regulatory Changes

Medicare regulations, carrier requirements, enrollment procedures, and insurance products may change.

Although Miles Academy strives to provide accurate educational information, it does not guarantee that materials will remain current indefinitely.

Customers should verify applicable requirements using official CMS, state insurance department, and carrier resources.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Purchasing educational materials or mentorship does not guarantee licensing, carrier appointments, employment, commissions, sales performance, or business income.

8. Intellectual Property

All original educational materials, branding, written content, and related intellectual property remain the property of Miles Academy or their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miles Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our educational materials, mentorship sessions, website, or related services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miles Academy's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

Miles Academy may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
